Holidays Beckon has attained a Certificate III in Travel from Open Colleges. This nationally recognised qualification is for travel consultants within the domestic & international travel industry.
The Australian Federation of Travel Agents (AFTA) has appointed Open Colleges as a Preferred Online Training Provider.
CLIA
Holidays Beckon is an individual member of CLIA (Cruise Lines International Assoc), the official representing body of the cruise industry, and has attained Master accreditation.
This is currently the highest level of certification awarded by CLIA , demonstrating my commitment to being a 'cruise specialist' thereby assisting my clients with high level cruise advice & sales.

The Aussie Specialist program run by Tourism Australia has been designed to equip agents with relevant information and showcase destinations and experiences within Australia.
Australia's Outback: Northern Territory
This course was compiled by Tourism NT, focusing on the unique selling points for visitors to the area. From the capital city of Darwin through Litchfield, Kakadu, Arnhem Land, Katherine, Alice Springs & Uluru, the course highlights all that the NT has to offer.
CLIA Cruise Champion 2020
This extended course is designed to increase agent knowledge in areas such as cruise safety, health, security, regulations, and sustainability.

Uniworld River Cruise Specialist
Holidays Beckon is qualified to sell Uniworld's ships, services and products after successfully completing the Uniworld River Cruise Specialist online training program.
Holland America Line
As a graduate of Holland America Line Academy, Holidays Beckon can provide expert advice and guidance on cruising in Alaska & the Yukon.
Having travelled on Holland America Line within this region, and undertaken a few shore excursions, I have also gained personal experience to share.

Each year P&O Australia require certified cruise agents to complete the Flagship Master Class.

This training ensures it can provide clients with expert advice and knowledge on the various products and services available.

Holidays Beckon has attained Matai Specialist accreditation with Tourism Fiji.

Holidays Beckon is a South African Tourism-accredited travel specialist who has the knowledge to sell South Africa as a destination.

Aussietravel Cover Insurance
Holidays Beckon has completed the Aussietravelcover Travel Insurance product training. This means it has received adequate training to carry out sales tasks and functions competently, which includes training on principles of General Insurance and any relevant consumer protection law, product specific knowledge, and, requirements of the Code.
